Sea of Thieves crosses 25 million players on Xbox and PC

Rare's pirate adventure Sea of Thieves is continuing to abound, with more than and more players flocking to explore the ocean, pillage and plunder. Rare announced on Tuesday via Xbox Wire that Sea of Thieves reached 25 million players, five one thousand thousand more than than the prior milestone in March when the game reached 20 1000000 players.

This news also comes after Rare confirmed June was the best month for Sea of Thieves yet, with 4.8 one thousand thousand agile players in the calendar month thank you to the launch of the A Pirate's Life expansion, a crossover with Pirates of the Caribbean.

In celebration of this news, Rare is giving away 25,000 Golden and 25 Doubloons to any players that log into Sea of Thieves by Oct. 26.
